Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Please reach out to us for any return, refund, or exchange inquiries, or we can not process your return.

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.

We currently do not provide return labels and cannot refund the shipping cost for your order.

We encourage selecting the right product to meet your needs to minimize returns, as many returned items are discarded due to high restocking costs, contributing to environmental issues. If unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods like food and flowers
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns (not necessary if contacting us with the order number from the email address as on the order record).

Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Used books
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you and process the refund. Refund processing times vary; PayPal is almost instant, while credit cards may differ. If the original payment method is unavailable, we'll issue a refund via PayPal after obtaining your details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your bank and credit card company as there might be processing delays. If the refund is still missing, contact us at info@slimq.life.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you encounter a product issue, please contact support at info@slimq.life for assistance and troubleshooting. Note that we cannot offer exchanges for items that have been opened. We'll guide you on the next steps based on the problem details.

Gifts

If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit upon return. If not, the refund goes to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Returning Items

Please contact us at info@slimq.life before returning any item. You're responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance for items over $75.
